Mr. Trashman bills quarterly in advance of service. If you start mid-quarter your bills will be pro-rated. Payments are due Net 15 days.

TrashBilling.com offers two ways to pay:
Online via ACH (preferred) or credit card
Print your invoice and mail with payment to:

To Pay Online
If you choose online, you must know your ID # which is located in the top left of the invoice:
Click “Pay your bill Online at http://www.trashbilling.comClick Here to Pay” in the middle of your invoice to be directed to the online payment portal.
You will be taken to Trashbilling.com as shown below:
Once you have filled in either your credit card or bank account information, scroll down to “Make Payment of Above Amount” and click:
That will bring you to a page for final check and submit. You MUST click submit for your payment to go through.
Your payment has been sent to Mr. Trashman. Payments on your bank statements will NOT appear from Mr. Trashman but instead from TrashBilling.com.
You should receive an email receipt within 30 minutes in the email box you entered at time of payment.
To Sign Up for Automatic Payments
(If you signed up for automatic payments prior to trashbilling.com you WILL need to do so again.)
Follow the steps above but choose YES at the bottom of the page BEFORE submitting payment:
On the confirmation page a warning will appear:
“Regular basis” means your card will be charged the amount you are paying on the first of the month every month of the new billing cycle – April 1 for April-June.
Again, you must hit submit at the bottom of the page for your payment to go through:
You will still receive a statement to remind you that this payment will be processed. Payments on your bank statements will NOT appear from Mr. Trashman but instead from TrashBilling.com. You will receive an emailed receipt once processed as well.
